Hey Bro, you not alone. I will be 23 at the end of this year, never had nocturnal dream but it does not bother me. Did some test a year ago in the hospital just to be certain if I'm all right and yes I was OK. If you are in doubt, Do visit a physician.
The best thing to do is to see a doc for checkup,it can be normal,and it might be abnormal as well
