I need advice on my relationship situation

I have this guy I love so much but people bad mouth him so much that it's started disturbing me about his womanizing behavior . I tend not to tell him because I felt it's not right to dig into someone past so this guy has dated almost 3 of my close friends 🤧 so it's was getting much and Again doing our relationship I cut him cheating on me kuma so I decided to end the relationship and move on so I got into another relationship again and things were going smooth until the day I told him about my past this guy completely change 😩 he hardly calls or text . I do it most of the time and off recent I noticed him that he is after my body . the other guy actually really love me . I did a lot of wulanhanchi too him but this guy doesn't see it he really care about me so I'm also thinking should I breakup with the guy that he is after my body
