How can i manage my long hair?

I'm obsessed with long hair and I have it but the problem is bana iya kula dashi properly saboda Azaban Zafin kai. pain din nan har cikin brain dina nake jin shi, gashi yanzu duk ya lalace. Please any remedy for zafin kai?
