                What’s the problem?

am having issue with my left breast. I have been having rainy season rash which is very itchy is but recently I noticed my left breast is also itchy. I have been itchy it but as of last week I noticed that the areola and the nipple has a very thick skin over them and when I peeled it of there was a discharge fluid coming out and the edges of the nipple is red. am very disturb and I don't know who to c and discuss it with

Sister first thing is that you don't have to worry, the advice I wil give you is to go to the hospital. Because it requires adequate history taking, examination of the breast, and even sample collection for lab investigation if necessary. Giving you a diagnosis and treatment without following the above process is what we refer to as quarkery.

                not really

It's going to be something benign insha'Allah. Pls go to a teaching hospital or FMC for proper checkup.
Avoid PHC and private hospitals 😊
