so like I use to see in Hausa films and novels that a woman will vomit then they'll test her in the hospital and then confirm shes pregnant. but I asked the ones I know in reality the saying it's not true. I want to know from your side is it actually true?

some women do vomit a lot but it all depends on individual body systems
