step1 .wash and soaked white rice in a water for like 5-6 hours, (or overnight for good result) step2. boiled small amount of the same white rice for kulli step 3. pour that kulli in to the soaked rice after kin tsane ruwan some people suna yanka albasa aciki but it's not necessary Zaki iya zuba yeast a aciki amarkada dashi or leave it after an markada kizuba then leave it to rise a wuri Mai zapi ko rana haka . In yatashi ki zuba Suger da bakin powder kadan da kanwa Shima kadan cause kanwa inyayi yawa zai Bata shi then saiki soyashi this a traditional masa made. if u are doing it for like 3cups of rice then kulli should be half cup.
