I need your suggestions please. 0

I've been dealing with acne and spot for quite a while now. I've used some few products I can afford and it's still here. sometimes it gets better and sometimes it's all messed up and it's making me lose my self-esteem. Please kindly suggest affordable ways I can try. Thank you.

I suggest you use the right skin care products,( chemical free),or probably see a dermatologist.

control your diet. stay away from oily food for a while.

I was someone like you but since when I see a dermatologist he gave me some of this little advice first before he prescribes medicine to me I should taking chocolate,milk,groundnut, an he prescribes this to me Acne away cream I should be rubbing it morning and night

acne and spots are actually a biological reaction inside your body which will continue for some period of time… you can’t really stop it for now but you can control it a bit… I suggest you do some little exercises and drink green tea to reduce the internal cause then for the next external pound potassium into powdery form and dilute it with very little water and rub then in particular parts of your face. please don’t do it frequently just 2 -3 times a week. Allah ya sauwake dear sister 🙏
