my advice sis is try your best to reduce it find someone you trust so you can speak to on a regular as long as you keep bottling things up you bottle up emotions aswell

Aslm little sis… sorry I can’t speak Hausa well so permit me to write in English. being an introvert is not really a bad thing but you really need to work on it to express how you feel to your loved ones Gaskiya sabuda most actions that has to do with you that is taken by people around you is due to your expression. the illa is that people will hurt you repeatedly because you didn’t express yourself.
