I have this friend named Ismail. He’s a 21-year-old Hausa-Fulani, and honestly, he’s a pretty good-looking guy. But when it comes to talking to girls, he gets super nervous. Around us friends, he’s totally fine, but the moment he tries to start a conversation with a girl, he just freezes up. He overthinks everything, gets really anxious, and either says nothing or stumbles over his words. He asked me for advice, but I thought I'd bring it here to see if anyone has any tips to help him get more confident.

he will be fine Is just matter of time, if he cannot talk to girl physically let him use social media to start engaging conversations with them. through WhatsApp or any social media he can build his confidence
