like something has been going on in our house so it makes me feel down and not giving mh boyfriend more attention like before he have been asking me to tell him what's happening I keep bringing excuses for me not to tell him actually what is happening.is it right to tell him because maybe I'm thinking he will use it against me though it's not not me but from my family

don't tell him. don't even try to share ur family's secret with someone from outside especially a boyfriend and sometimes husband because he may use it against you (as u said).
