Assalm..pls where are those batling with anxiety?? how are you guys coping??..Its alomost a year now and i am still finding it difficult to do away with it..although its not as severe as it used to be but my question here is can i ever get rid of it at all??😢

Yes true and also try to get negative things out of ur mind and keep praying hard please Everything is possible but without prayer it won't be that effective, so keep praying Allaah ya yaye miki. Here is a dua i know: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to invoke Allah at the time of distress, saying, "La ilaha illal- lahu Al-`Azim, al- Halim, La ilaha illal-lahu Rabbu-s-samawati wal-ard wa Rabbu- l-arsh il-azim." I hope you get better soon

I'm not suffering anxiety but depression.... small thing I start and crying and after the tears kuma severe headache.... I'm trying hard coping it wallah

it shal come to pass inshaAllah..i had to deal with both..i was going through depression and anxiety but alhamd now it has subsided..its just the anxiety that i am having tough time dealing with completely..but inshaAllah no condition is permanent
