i don't know why men want to control women. respect is earned. be a responsible man and see whether your wife won't submit to you naturally. but you want respect while trampling on your spouse's rights? y'all need to do better

Did you say control? It's rather the other way round. Who wants to control something even God Has left to do as it wishes. Who visit marabouts the most ? For what reason? What's your business if I want to marry 4 wives that Allah Has allowed me to; with conditions? If you have an attitude problem go and solve it and stop blaming others.I guess that's why you have problems with your relationships.
