Salamu alaikum i need a help please, Am studying microbiology an assignment has been pressuring me for almost a week, microbiologist should help please🥹

1. State and search nucleotide sequence of interest (gene ×) from NCBI Nucleotide database. 2. Copy the sequence and save/add in Notepad. 3. Search 5 related sequence ( e.g gene "×" from different strains) from NCB1 nucleotide database and copy the selected sequence and save in notepad. 4. Download and install MEGA software. (ii) Perform a multiple sequence alignment (iii) Construct phylogeny tree and state their identity.

I don't have an idea because I actually dropped the course few days to exam😂. Thank God it was an elective in my school. i wish you the very best and hope you will get someone that can help. InshaAllah
