how will you feel if someone ruins an outing you planned together?

you and your best friend planned an outing and you dressed on that day did everything then you call him/her and they'll say they've relocated to another country?

if he/she relocate without his/her intentions but maybe family suggested it and without his consent I will let it go. But if he/she relocate just because he/she decided then I'll make sure I unfriend him period
